Kansas Principles Course

This is a required course for getting your license in Kansas. The course is 30-hours and prepares you to take the National Real Estate Exam and the Kansas State Law Exam.

Missouri Pre-Exam Course

This is a required course for getting your license in Missouri. The course is 48-hours and prepares you to take the National Real Estate Exam and the Missouri State Law Exam.

KS and MO Practice Courses

This course is 30 hours for the Kansas license and 24 hours for the Missouri license. It is a requirement to take for your license.
